Recipe - Wholemeal Bread
Wholemeal bread is made from wholegrains that have been milled to a fine powdery texture, giving a plain brown appearance.
With more fibre content than white flour, it is also richer in vitamins and minerals than many plain white breads, which makes it a "healthier" option for your everyday sandwich.
Our IREKS Brown Bread Concentrate is a wholemeal mix containing wheat bran, wheat malt flour, wheat flour, barley malt extract, roasted wheat malt flour & ascorbic acid. Simply combine it with bread flour and yeast to make your own wholemeal bread at home!
Dosage: 10% addition.
