Recipe - Soft Bun Dough


Soft buttery buns are common baked goods in normal household loved by people of all ages, great with your morning coffee or afternoon tea, packed as a quick bite for kids before dinner, it's a versatile food suited for all occasions. 

Relatively easy to make at home with common, easy to get ingredients, baker level: EASY. 




IREKS Malt Concentrate - flavor enhancer made from natural ingredients. Optional in the recipe. (0.7-3.0% addition)  

IREKS Wheat Sour - flavor enhancer made from natural dried wheat sourdough. (3-5% addition)

IREKS Soft Plus - improver for soft baked goods e.g. burger bun, sandwiches. (1% addition)
