Recipe - Sovital Bread


Sovital is a multigrain bread mix primarily made from wheat & rye flour mixed with sunflower seeds, linseeds & sesame seeds.

With an aromatic malty flavor and its nutritional density, Sovital bread is a healthier, wholesome alternative to your every day plain white bread.  

Quantity of addition: 25-50% of the total flour weight 

Suggestions: breakfast rolls, buttered toast, savory sandwich with your favorite fillings.

The best part of this mix is that you can totally customize the flavor profile! Add on any dried fruits, nuts or seeds into the recipe for a boost of nutrients. Want a lighter bread? Reduce the total flour weight ratio to 25% mix: 75% bread flour.
